A little summary of my journey

When I was 10 years old I decided I want to become a chef. With 14 I went to a boarding school for Hotel Management and 2 weeks before my 17th birthday I had my degree in my hand and the world was at my oyster.

In the beginning i worked for great chefs like Eckart Witzigmann and Peter Wehlauer to name a few. I never made it into the kitchen as I enjoyed working with and for guests more. I left Europe the first time with 24 years of age and went to Bermuda to learn English. I worked for three years at the Fourways Inn, which was at that time the best restaurant of the island. I Came back to Europe to open the Four Seasons Berlin together with Herbert Pliessnig. After a few years I continued my journey and went to Canberra Australia to take over the F&B operation of the Park Hyatt. A few years later I went to Dubai, worked at the Fairmont, Mövenpick and developed a coffee shop concept for a Shaikh from Riyad. My next stop was Kotakinabalu in Sabah and after that back to Europe for Kempinski in St. Moritz. Further stops were Soma bay in Egypt, Dar es Salaam in Tanzania and New Delhi India.
